Our apologies about this extended downtime. The reality is that our servers are fine on our end, but are causing troubles on the transactional ends with character logging and item processing through third party services.
We have had to lock the launcher until those services can be fully restored so you don't get frustrated at maybe getting through 1/10 the time and then dropping in a game anyway
