Scorpix - Cursed Emperor

This character is a meat shield of a tank; he is normally the first to initiate fights on his team, putting himself into harms way first. Scorpix is equipped with a deadly combination of abilities that allows him to focus fire a single unit, as well as providing slowing and stunning abilities to help support his team

Background

The creature now known as Scorpix was once emperor of a great kingdom. He was betrayed by his own brother, overthrown, abandoned and left for dead. Alone, he roamed the desert for what seemed an eternity - only his drive for vengeance kept him from succumbing to death. Eventually, the emperor came upon a serene oasis and he drank from crystalline pools. As he drank, he was approached by a mysterious, beautiful sorceress who offered sanctuary and eternal bliss in exchange for the promise that he would never leave her. The emperor agreed.

Many years later, the emperor set out from the oasis in the dead of night, determined to face his treacherous brother and reclaim his kingdom. The sorceress was devastated by this betrayal and in her rage, cursed the emperor so that he would be nothing but a savage, monstrous servant of the vengeance that tore him from her. Thus was the creature known as Scorpix born. In the end, his unstoppable rage-fueled vengeance brought his brother to death and wiped out his entire kingdom, leaving him the embittered emperor of nothing.
